1. Acceptance of Terms

Email Triage AI is operated by TelaLoom (ABN 65 366 917 788), Australia. By accessing or using Email Triage AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Email Triage AI provides AI-powered email management including categorisation, priority scoring, and draft response generation for Gmail and Outlook accounts.

3. Account Requirements

  • You must have a valid Google or Microsoft account to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Email Triage AI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Email Triage AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Actions Taken on Your Behalf

Some features act in your mailbox when you switch them on: mailbox sync applies labels and archives mail, the cold-email blocker and your rules can archive mail, and Autopilot sends AI-written replies for the categories you choose, after an undo window you set. These features are off by default. You are responsible for messages sent from your account, including those sent by Autopilot, and you can turn any of these features off at any time in Settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The contracting party is TelaLoom (ABN 65 366 917 788). Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.
