What counts as an email?
Each new email that is scored and filed counts once. Mail you send, and mail that arrives after you reach your limit, doesn’t count.
What happens at the limit?
New mail still arrives in your inbox; it just isn’t scored or drafted until the month resets or you upgrade. Nothing is lost and nothing is charged automatically.
Why is it cheaper with my own API key?
The AI calls are billed straight to your Anthropic account instead of ours, so we pass the saving on. Add the key under Settings → Bring your own AI key.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes, any time, from the billing portal in Settings. Annual plans are two months cheaper than paying monthly.
